Police report more than 20 one pot meth labs were discovered Monday evening in and around a residence in Bristol, Tenn., prompting the arrest of two individuals on drug charges.
The incident occurred at 2660 Anderson St., lot No. 11. Vice and narcotics officers with the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office visited the residence to speak with Rebecca Oliver, 38, as part of an ongoing investigation into the manufacture of methamphetamine.
A press release from the SCSO says detectives observed several one pot meth labs in an adjacent, abandoned mobile home, while a nearby trash can allegedly contained several meth making ingredients. Consent to search the residence at lot No. 11 was granted and the Methamphetamine Task Force responded to the scene.
Police say more than 20 one pot meth bottles were located at the two mobile home lots. Oliver was taken into custody and arrested on a number of methamphetamine charges.
Adam Geiger, 27, was also arrested at the scene on an outstanding warrant for aggravated robbery out of Bristol, Va. An investigation is continuing with additional charges and arrests expected.
