ROGERSVILLE — Rogersville police are looking for a man who loaded four stereos into a shopping cart at Walmart Sunday evening and walked out an emergency exit.
The suspect was described as a white male wearing a dark jacket and a hat. Around 6:45 p.m. Sunday the suspect selected four stereos from the Rogersville Walmart electronics department, and went out the fire exit one minute later.
The total value of the stereos was listed as $750, and the suspect also took a roll of spider wrap valued at $39.60 that was on the boxes and was also taken.
Once outside the store the suspect was picked up in what was described as a red car, possibly a Cavalier, with a temporary tag. Store security reportedly informed police that surveillance video of the theft was available.
