Two suspects sought in connection with a recent Kingsport drug bust—which allegedly seized six ounces of crack cocaine and 10 ounces of marijuana—have turned themselves in to police.
Since May 31 authorities have searched for Nancy Digiamo, 23, of 800 Teasel Drive, apartment 7, and Jonathan Measho, 28, of 408 Manderley Road. That's when police visited Digiamo's apartment on a drug complaint and located the crack and marijuana, with an estimated street value of approximately $10,000.
Aaron Ghebre, 20, of Norcross, Ga., was arrested at the scene. He was charged with possession of schedule II, IV and VI controlled substances for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Warrants were subsequently issued for the arrest of Digiamo and Measho, with police asking the public for information on their whereabouts. According to a Wednesday afternoon press release the pair turned themselves in at the police department Tuesday.
They were booked into the jail on charges of possession of schedule II drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. They have each since posted bond and been released.
