Street closed after construction crew cuts gas line in downtown Kingsport

Construction crews working the first phase of the $4 million Sullivan Street widening project ruptured a gas line serving a home on Sullivan Friday about 1:35 a.m., forcing the closure of West Sullivan Street from Revere Street to Clinchfield Street.
