A man in Appalachia called dispatch after another man passed out while, "huffing paint." The caller said the huffer had a cut on his head and may need an ambulance.
Sullivan County Sheriff's Office

Dispatch received a call from a woman on Rangewood Road, complaining because her husband wouldn't let her leave. The man then got on the phone and admitted he wouldn't let her drive away, but that's because she doesn't have a license. One of her family member's eventually responded to take her from the residence.

A Wyatt Hollow Road resident claimed their neighbor is, "watching them with binoculars."
Hawkins County Sheriff's Office
Oct. 4
A man called police to H. Wright Road in Mooresburg, claiming that while he was mowing his wife began chasing him with a stick, hitting the mower. The couple, who are separated, were mowing adjacent properties when the incident occurred. The woman admitted to arguing with her estranged husband, due to him blowing grass clippings onto her vehicle. She denied ever having a stick.
Kingsport Police Department
Oct. 9
Dispatch was alerted to a man who was "feeling dizzy" after drinking a "small bottle" of hand sanitizer.
A clerk at a Bloomingdale Pike gas station reported an intoxicated man came in attempting to buy beer, but was refused. The clerk added that the man's pants were unzipped and exposing himself, but he was, "possibly unaware."
