A city man was charged with filing a false report and altering/falsifying or forging auto titles after a police investigation early Sunday morning into a stolen car report, Johnson City police said in a news release.
Rafael Castillo Hernandez, 18, 636 1/2 E. Maple St., reported to police his vehicle was stolen Thursday.
