A wrong-way trip down North Roan Street landed a man in jail Sunday on his fourth DUI charge.
Mark Wayne Wharton, 22, 110 Happy Valley Road, was arrested after driving the wrong way on North Roan, driving over the curb and into the grass at 2122 N. Roan St., police said.
Wharton was found with two open containers of alcohol and 20.5 grams of marijuana, police said.
