UPDATE: 4:12 p.m.
Earlier today, Eastman reported a steam release at its Kingsport facility, occurring late Wednesday night. Upon further investigation, it has been determined that the exact timing of the release was at 10:37 p.m., not approximately 9:00 p.m. as previously stated.
Also, we have since learned that a photo circulating through social media of what appears to be a fire at the Kingsport site is in fact an image of the Austin, Texas, Decker Lake Power Plant, which was taken in January, 2010. We can confirm that there has not been a fire or an explosion at the Kingsport site.
