Man with BB gun prompts arrest of 2 Kingsport residents

Reports of an armed man in a Gray trailer park led Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies to arrest two men on drug and weapons charges and a woman on a drug-related charge, Sheriff Ed Graybeal announced today in a news release.

James W. Mills Jr., 32, 269 Dogwood Lane, Lot No. 18, Gray; Aaron L. Frazier, 27, 348 ½ Virgil Ave., Kingsport; and Tiffany M. Frazier, 19, 1841 Sweetbriar St., Kingsport; were arrested Wednesday after deputies were sent to 269 Dogwood Lane off the Kingsport Highway in northern Washington County on a call of a man with a gun walking around and acting strangely in the area.

Investigators found Aaron Frazier and Tiffany Frazier sitting in a vehicle. Aaron Frazier matched the description of the armed man, and a black BB gun was found in the vehicle. Investigators also discovered hypodermic needles and spoons with drug residue on them in Tiffany Frazier’s
