The National Weather Service issued a Flood Watch early Monday for Hawkins, Greene, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington counties in the Tri-Cities area.
According to the Morristown Bureau of the national Weather Service, moderate to heavy rains associated with a slow moving cold front may cause more flooding today and into the early evening hours.
Significant flooding of low lying or flood prone areas is likely especially in areas where heavy rains fell Sunday.
The chance for rain today is 70 percent.
