Beginning at 8 p.m. Tuesday Tipton Construction will begin waterline replacement work on behalf of the City of Kingsport, impacting traffic flow at the intersection of Warpath Drive, Konnarock Road and Fort Henry Drive.
As a result, motorists should expect alternating lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily for the next four weeks, with some daytime traffic interruptions possible as well.
Motorists are asked to use the utmost caution in the work zone and seek alternative routes where possible.
