Three individuals are sought by Kingsport police following recent shoplifting incidents at two city businesses.
On Jan. 9 and 10 a white male entered Beaty's Shoes on North Eastman Road, chatting with employees on both occasions. Each time he also exited the store toting two pairs of shoes — valued at a total of approximately $300 — without paying for his selections.
Plastic totes were used in a Dec. 30 incident at Walmart on Fort Henry Drive, concealing nearly $900 in stolen goods that were rolled out of the store. The suspects, a white male and white female, are believed to have driven away in a green Mitsubishi Eclipse, with a license plate ending in TTF.
Anyone with information on the suspects, pictured above in surveillance footage stills, is asked to contact the Kingsport Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at (423) 229-9429.
