A Unicoi County woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident that occurred Thursday along Highway 107 in the Limestone Cove area.
Unicoi County Sheriff Mike Hensley said Thursday evening that the accident occurred along Highway 107 between Limestone Cove Park and Lower Stone Mountain Road.
Hensley said the highway was shut down for a period of time and traffic was diverted on Scioto Road and Simerly Creek Road.
